Playground Rules and Activities

MORNING & LUNCH RECESSES

The following games will be allowed with key changes:

e. Football games must be played on the grass field. You can only play two-hand touch. Tackling is forbidden under any circumstances.

f. Jungle Gym and Bars: Remind students that using jackets or sweat shirts, as a device to swing with is not allowed. This type of activity provides a high safety risk to students. g. Marbles are not allowed.

Again, please take time to review these changes with your students. Stress that the reason we use these rules is to create as safe a playground environment as possible.

If students have questions about specific games or rules they can write them down and submit them to Ms. Reveles for a reply.
